Franceska Downes - Engagement & Office Manager

Franceska recently joined Muskoka Conservancy as the new Engagement & Office Manager in Fall of 2024. She comes to the conservancy to fulfill her purpose, after building a successful career in retail banking. Having moved to Muskoka in 2006 she quickly felt the importance of the natural habitat around her. Working at the conservancy she can combine her skills and experience with her passion for nature and wildlife. She enjoys camping, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, and hiking. She is excited to support the mission and expand the protected lands in Muskoka.
