Muskoka Conservancy urges District to reject resort policies

Muskoka Conservancy’s Board of Directors has taken a position opposing the proposed resort policies in the Muskoka Official Plan Review. Citing protection of sensitive shoreline, water quality, and ecological features, the Conservancy position states that the resort re-development policies will result in intensive use incompatible with the natural functions of our watersheds.
