The Muskoka Conservancy protects properties across Muskoka in the form of Nature Reserves and Conservation Easements.
As of January 2015, we have under our protection:
- 37 Properties
- 2,400+ acres of land (9.71 km2)
- 37,000 feet of shoreline (11,278 meters)
These properties range from the very small to the very large and spread from North Lake Joseph, through to Lake of Bays and south to Kahshe Lake.
Conservation Easements remain as private property, and as such are not available for public use. Several of our Nature Reserves allow for public access, please contact the office at 705-645-7393 ext 200 to learn more about how you can access these properties.
